Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 
- 
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery. 
⚠️ Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products unless they are damaged or incorrect.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

If approved, we’ll arrange for a return pickup or provide further instructions. 
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

Notify you of the return status 
- 
Process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days 
Non-refundable items:

Shipping charges (if applicable) 
- 
Discounted or clearance items (unless defective) 
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return as per the policy above.
